Awful experience, tried swindling us out of additional charges they made up half way through the stay. Quotes us one price for an additional person over the phone, charged us that same price at check in, and then 5 days later told us that price was only for one night, and we had to pay that times the number of night we stayed. We went to discuss this with them, we paid but let them know we would be disputing the charge (wrote firmly disputed next to signature), they were very aggressive and wouldn’t allow us to leave the resort unless we resign without the dispute language. They threatened to call the police, tried to emotionally manipulate us by saying the check in person would “heavily pay” for her mistake, whatever that means in Mexico… really low class experience. On top of that, we arrived on the 23rd, and were told there were no restaurants available to reserve for Christmas Eve or day, no app to book restaurants in advance, or spa, or any activities. Rude concierge staff when you tell the how ridiculous it is that you can’t book basic things online. Gives me a reason to believe they treat their staff just as bad as their guests. Will absolutely never be back, posting this everywhere I can.
